After meeting James in 2006 she decided to move to England and began 2007 employed as an au-pair for a family in Bramhall in Greater Manchester. In 2008 Dijana was introduced to childcare agency Nannyplus Childcare Ltd and soon secured a position as a nanny for a family living in Hale Barns on a part time basis.

James Evans is the Managing Director of JLE Services Ltd, which was formed in 2009 to provide translation and business services to clients around the world. With a career spanning ten years in sales and administration, James has a wealth of experience in the language of business and commerce. He uses these skills, combined with his knowledge of Croatian, to provide high-quality proofreading services to clients. James is also the Project Manager for all translation, localization and proofreading assignments, and it is his personal goal to respond quickly and professionally to all inbound queries.

James left Art College in 1998 and began his career in retail, working at major supermarket chain Sainsbury's and later department store John Lewis. After a period doing agency work on a freelance basis, James joined a local property lettings agency where he further developed his administrative skills.

In 2002 James joined the lawncare company Greenthumb where he began work as a lawn treatment technician, and by 2004 he had progressed to the role of Sales Manager for a local franchise. In 2006 he accepted a position as full time Business Development Coordinator for the 2006 Queen's Award winning company 'Citation plc' where he was initially involved in organising meetings for area representatives.

By 2007 he was working as a Personnel Administrator and his work involved using his extensive knowledge of English to assist in the preparation of legal documentation such as Contracts of Employment and Employee Handbooks. In September 2008 he joined Automatic Data Processing Ltd, the global leaders in payroll outsourcing, and began work as a telemarketing executive, using his telephone skills to help generate upwards of £173,000 worth of new business in his first year alone. The role was part time, enabling him to focus attention on the formation of JLE Services.

In April 2009, JLE Services Ltd was incorporated in the UK, and shortly afterwards James left ADP to concentrate his efforts on the fledgling business. Since then, James has assisted in coordinating translation projects with many different organisations and agencies around the world. His daily tasks involve project management, customer care, and assisting with the translation and proofreading of documents into English. In 2010, James was asked to provide his services as exclusive English proofreader for the Croatian translation company Increatus d.o.o., and in 2011, James was heavily involved in the translation and proofreading of the book The Truth About Skiing, by Professor Danko Puskaric.
