
Dijana was raised in Croatia, not far from the border with Bosnia, and left school in 2001 with impressive grades in business and retail studies, but, with a limited job market, Dijana opted to begin her career as a self-employed cleaner. By 2005 she had secured a position at local retail outlet Alen Plus where she was able to use her expertise to train fellow employees, and was also involved in translating product manuals for customers.
After meeting Lloyd in 2006 she decided to move to England and began 2007 employed as an au-pair for a family in Bramhall in Greater Manchester. In 2008 Dijana was introduced to childcare agency Nannyplus Childcare Ltd and soon secured a position as a nanny for a family living in Hale Barns on a part time basis.
From June 2009 Dijana started work as Head Translator at the newly-formed JLE Services Ltd using her accumulated language skills to translate various documents and websites from (and into) Croatian, Serbian and Bosnian. She continues to play a key role in translating material in a variety of specialisations quickly and accurately.

Lloyd left Art College in 1998 and began his career in retail, working at major supermarket chain Sainsbury's and later department store John Lewis. After a period doing agency work on a freelance basis, Lloyd joined a local property lettings agency where he further developed his administrative skills.
In 2002 Lloyd joined the lawncare company Greenthumb where he began work as a lawn treatment technician, and by 2004 he had progressed to the role of Sales Manager for a local franchise. In 2006 he accepted a position as full time Business Development Coordinator for the 2006 Queen's Award winning company 'Citation plc' where he was initially involved in organising meetings for area representatives.
By 2007 he was working as a Personnel Administrator and his work involved using his extensive knowledge of English to assist in the preparation of legal documentation such as Contracts of Employment and Employee Handbooks. In September 2008 he joined Automatic Data Processing Ltd, the global leaders in payroll outsourcing, and began work as a telemarketing executive, using his telephone skills to help generate upwards of £173,000 worth of new business in his first year alone. The role was part time, enabling him to focus attention on the formation of JLE Services.
In April 2009, JLE Services Ltd was incorporated in the UK, and shortly afterwards Lloyd left ADP to concentrate his efforts on the fledgling business. Since then, Lloyd has assisted in coordinating translation projects with many different organisations and agencies around the world. His daily tasks involve project management, customer care, and assisting with the translation and proofreading of documents into English. In 2010, Lloyd was asked to provide his services as exclusive English proofreader for the Croatian translation company Increatus d.o.o., and in 2011, Lloyd was heavily involved in the translation and proofreading of the book The Truth About Skiing, by Professor Danko Puskaric.
